Got burned by a fake "80% off" site during my lunch break yesterday

I was scrolling on my phone at the Panera off Route 9 and saw this ad for a $120 power drill marked down to $24, which felt too good but I clicked anyway. The checkout page looked legit with a countdown timer, so I entered my card info, and then the confirmation email bounced back as undeliverable, plus the site vanished an hour later. Has anyone else had luck disputing these charges with their bank, or am I stuck eating the $24 and calling it a stupid tax?
