That one Tuesday where every update broke something
Last month I spent a whole Tuesday updating three small office PCs at a clinic in Akron, and each one needed a different driver rollback by noon. The second machine lost its network adapter after a Windows patch, and the third froze during a BIOS flash, which I still think should be illegal. Does anyone else schedule updates for a slow day and still end up with three backup plans?

Three machines, three separate disasters, and by 2pm I was basically praying to the tech gods for a sign. That BIOS flash freezing is like watching your whole day go up in smoke in slow motion, I feel your pain. Honestly, I'm convinced the universe has a special calendar just for update days to mess with us.
