My password manager just flagged an account I never made
I was checking my vault last Tuesday and found a login for a fitness site in Ohio that I've never visited, so has anyone else had their password manager catch accounts they didn't create themselves?

Saw a news story about data breaches creating ghost accounts, creepy but common.
