Window seat or balcony on the cheap, I finally picked a side
Went with an interior room on my Carnival trip last month to save $180 for excursions in Cozumel. Turns out I barely missed the view since I was always on deck anyway, but I did wake up confused a few times not knowing if it was morning. Has anyone else traded the balcony for more shore cash and regretted it or not?

Did you at least make it to the bathroom without walking into a wall at 3am? I did the same thing once and woke up convinced it was midnight when the sun had been up for hours, so at least you're not alone in that fog. Saving the cash for Cozumel was the right call since you were barely in the room anyway.
