I keep seeing stylists skip the patch test for demi-permanent color
A client came in last month with a severe scalp reaction because her previous salon didn't test her. It's a 48-hour wait that can literally prevent a hospital visit. Do you guys have a system to make sure this step never gets missed?

The front desk here books the color service with a mandatory patch test appointment 48 hours before. It's a separate line item on the ticket, so it can't be missed. We just don't let anyone sit in the color chair without that check mark.
