A regular told me my blowouts were making her hair feel like straw
She said the heat was too high and she could smell it burning. I switched to a lower setting on my dryer and started using a thermal protectant spray from the back room. Anyone have a favorite heat protectant that doesn't leave hair sticky?

Used to skip protectant until a client's hair got fried.

Yeah, learned that the hard way too. Now I just use a cheap spray bottle with water and a little conditioner before any heat. Works fine.
