Our project tracking software showed we wasted 127 hours last month on double entry

I pulled the report and the number was 127 hours across our crew of 15. That's time spent typing the same info from our field tablets into the accounting system. It's a full week of one person's work, gone. We use BuildFlow for the field and QuickBooks for the back office, and they don't talk to each other. I thought the setup was fine, but that number is a real gut punch. It's pure waste that kills our margin. Has anyone found a good fix for this, or do we need to switch to one system that does it all?

Ugh, that's brutal. Zapier can connect them, maybe?

Isn't it wild how many things need a "Zapier" just to talk to each other now? I see it everywhere, from my smart lights not working with my voice assistant to apps at work that should share data but just don't. Feels like we bought all these tools promising to make life easier, but now we're stuck doing the hard work of wiring them together ourselves. It's the hidden tax of a connected world... you need another tool just to make your tools work.
