Field crew habits flipped after we switched to a mobile app
Our guys used to hand in paper time cards every Friday, and we'd spend Monday chasing down missing signatures. Six months ago we moved to a mobile timesheet app, and now foremen log hours right from the trailer on their phones. The kicker is, we stopped arguing about overtime edits completely, has anyone else seen the same peace of mind shift?
