Rant: That one comment about my source links actually fixed my whole approach
Someone on a JFK thread told me my sources were all from the same website (you know, just linking the same blog 5 times). I spent 2 hours that night digging up actual library archives from the 60s and government docs. Now I cross-reference everything with at least 3 different types of sources before posting. Has anyone else had their debating style changed by a random critic?

Honestly, I see it a bit different. Having all your links from one blog doesn't automatically make them wrong, it just makes them easy to dismiss. A good point backed by a single source is still a good point, you just gotta be ready to defend it without hiding behind a pile of random citations. Sometimes a focused deep dive into one solid archive is way more useful than surface skimming three different sites.
