Watched a guy in Tulsa finish a 40x60 slab with a magnesium float last week and it made me rethink my whole setup
He never touched a power trowel once, just floated it out by hand and the surface was tighter than anything I get with my machine. Anyone else still finishing big pours by hand or am I the only one who forgot it could be done that way?

My buddy Dave did a 30x50 in Enid by hand last month, dead smooth.
