Small victory with a dead PSU at my shop in Phoenix
Had an old Dell Optiplex come in last week that wouldn't power on at all, no lights or fans. Turns out the PSU had a blown capacitor that was bulging like crazy. Has anyone else had luck just recapping those cheap power supplies instead of swapping the whole unit?

Did you check if your multimeter has good batteries before assuming the cap was the only issue?
