Drove me nuts for 45 minutes over a loose molex connector

I was troubleshooting a client's PC that wouldn't boot, swapped PSU, RAM, GPU, all that jazz. Turns out the molex connector on their ancient card reader was barely touching the pin and shorting something. Anyone else waste time on the dumbest little things like that?

Oh come on, a loose molex connector is totally reasonable to miss! Those cheap connectors are notoriously finicky and it's not like they're standardized or easy to test without a multimeter.

Yeah I used to be all "how can you miss a loose connector" but honestly you're right... those molex ones are just bad, I've had them come loose just from moving the case around.
