Appreciation post: 11 tickets in one day and only 2 callbacks, I'll take it
Last Tuesday I knocked out 11 tickets between 8am and 6pm, which almost never happens for me. Six were password resets for a dental office downtown, two were dead SSDs I swapped with clones I had ready to go, and the rest were printer jams at a law firm on 5th. Only two people called back, and both times it was their own fault, one had caps lock on and the other never plugged the ethernet back in after moving a desk. I ate lunch in my van for 10 minutes and still finished every stop early. Days like that remind me why I keep a spare 500GB drive and a label maker in the trunk. What is your record for tickets in a single shift, and what do you keep in your car that saves you the most time?
