New guys keep treating a 30 minute bounce dive like it's a 200 foot sat run
Watched a greenhat spend 25 minutes gearing up for a 12 foot inspection in the harbor last Tuesday, full redundancy on everything. The job was one bolt and a photo. Most of what we do is shallow and boring, and overthinking the gear on those days just eats the clock. Anyone else noticing this with the new hires lately?
