Tried a V60 for 6 months, went back to my $18 Mr. Coffee drip this morning
I kept chasing pour over technique and timing but my coffee was worse than the pot I grew up with. The drip machine made a full cup in 4 minutes with zero fuss and honestly tasted better to me. Did anyone else go down the gear rabbit hole just to end up back at the basics?
