Used to hand write every offset note, now I just snap a pic with my phone

Ngl, I spent 8 years at my last shop scribbling offsets and tool numbers on greasy notepads. Lost half of them, misread the other half. Started at a new place last December and this old timer just pulls out his phone, takes a pic of the control screen, and writes on the photo with the markup tool. Dumbest simple thing ever. Now I do it on every setup and my repeat jobs take like 20 minutes less. Anyone else ditch paper notes completely or am I late to this party?
