Rant: knocked a mug of tea into my tower on a Sunday and needed it running by Monday
Sunday afternoon I was typing away at my desk in Akron when I bumped my mug and a good half cup of tea went straight through the top vents of my tower. The screen went black right away and I just sat there staring at it, then yanked the power cord out of the wall and flipped the switch on the back of the PSU. I pulled the side panel, soaked up what I could with paper towels, and let a box fan blow into the case for about 6 hours while I panicked about work the next morning. It powered back on but the fans sounded like gravel, so Tuesday I ordered a $14 replacement fan and swapped it myself with a screwdriver and a YouTube video. Only thing I never figured out is whether the tea did slow damage to anything else in there, so how long did you all wait before you trusted a spill machine again?

I used to say just let it dry and send it, but after watching a buddy's board rot out two months later from a tiny bit of soda, I'm team pull the whole thing apart now. If it made it through Monday you're probably fine, but I'd keep an eye on it for a few weeks.
