Shoutout to the guy in Tulsa who said my carpet looked "wrinkled like a raisin"
He said that 6 months ago on a 12x15 berber job and I switched to a power stretcher instead of the knee kicker, and I just got my first 5-star review with zero callbacks, has anyone else had a customer call out something that blunt and end up helping you?

Ha, that guy did you a solid whether he meant to or not. Power stretcher is a game changer though, once you get used to it you'll never wanna go back to kicking yourself sore on every job. Bet you would've had callbacks on that berber within a month without him opening his mouth.
