Homeowner criticized my seams, turns out they were right

Did a living room in Phoenix last month, 12x15 with berber. I thought my seams were tight but the client walked in and pointed at one near the sliding door. Said it caught the light wrong. I looked closer and yeah, the nap direction was off on one piece. I redid that seam and now I check nap direction before every single seam, even in low traffic spots. Anyone else had a customer spot something you missed on a final walkthrough?
