A guy in Des Moines told me he power stretches every room before he cuts, and now I feel like a hack
I was grabbing lunch at a job site in Des Moines last Tuesday and got talking to the other installer about how we handle bedrooms with weird angles. He said he power stretches the whole room first and then cuts, so the carpet never creeps back on him, and I've been doing it the other way for 11 years. Am I the only one who cuts first, or is his way actually worth switching to?
