A 30-year vet stopped me mid-stretch and asked why I was fighting the carpet
I was power stretching a 12x15 Berber in a rental over on 5th, leaning into it like always, and he just said "let the kicker do the work, your back is gonna quit before the carpet does." I tried it on the next room and finished 40 minutes faster with way less ache. Any of you older guys got a tip like that you wish someone had shared way earlier?
