The homeowner who timed me on every drop still bugs me
Last fall I had a job in a 2 story in Aurora, running a line from the tap to a bedroom on the far side. The guy stands there with his phone timer going, asking how long each drill bit takes. I get it, he wanted to know if I charge by the minute, but he followed me through every room, even into the crawlspace. At the end he said my 47 minutes was slow, but I had to redo his old RG6 that was nailed under the siding. Has anyone else had a customer watch the clock like that, and do you just ignore it or ask them to back off?
