Warning: my new apprentice thought 'breaking down' meant something else
We were in the back of the shop in Cincinnati, and I asked him to break down a side of beef. He grabbed a sledgehammer from the tool rack and walked toward the rail. I had to stop him before he turned a prime rib into ground meat. Has anyone else had a new hire mix up terms that badly?

Honestly, it's wild how often people take things literally now. Tbh I blame it on growing up with instructions for everything.
