Just dropped $800 on a new band saw blade and it's already binding on me
I got a 144 inch, 3 TPI carbon steel blade from a big supply house last month for breaking down whole hogs. It started making a high pitched whine and leaving burn marks on the bone after the third use. Has anyone else had this happen with a fresh blade from a major brand?

Ugh, my buddy had the same thing happen with a blade from them. Brand new and it was toast in a week, just chattering and burning everything. He had to fight with their customer service for a refund.
