A guy at the Phoenix airport counter handed me a free USB-C cable and it killed my power bank in 2 weeks
He claimed the cheapo ones they give out at gates are just as good as the $18 braided one I left at home, so I used it for 11 days straight. Now my 20,000 mAh bank only holds about 4 charges before it drops to zero, anyone know if that cable actually fried the cells or if it was just coincidence?
