Swore fiber was overkill for my print shop on 4th Street till a Comcast tech named Ray sat me down
I run a small print shop in Columbus and for 3 years I stuck with cable because fiber quotes kept coming in around $400 a month and I thought that was nuts for 6 computers. Ray came out to fix a flaky coax line in March and after he tested it he said point blank that my upload speed was the real problem, I was pushing 12 Mbps up on 300 files a day. He showed me a fiber plan at $180 that was way faster both ways, and my cloud backups went from all night to under an hour. Anyone else get talked into fiber by a tech who actually explained the upload side instead of just quoting download numbers?
