Just realized my habit tracker layout was the problem, not my discipline
I've been bullet journaling for about 8 months, and every month my habit tracker looks like a graveyard by week two. Then I read a post about how putting trackers on a separate page from your daily logs reduces friction, and it clicked. I moved mine to the back of the month with a simple 3-column grid, no colors or boxes to fill in, just checkmarks. It's only been 9 days, but I've actually kept up with water intake and stretching, which never happened before. Has anyone else found that the physical placement in the journal matters way more than the design itself?

Nine days is longer than most people keep anything, so honestly you're already winning.
