The average gaming PC build in 2024 had 9 fans, and I only found this out from a spreadsheet someone posted
Someone on a forum I browse put together a sheet tracking 500 builds from last year and the average fan count came out to 9. That number surprised me because my current rig runs 4 and I always thought that was plenty. I get that airflow matters, but at some point are people just buying fans to fill empty space? Curious what fan count everyone here actually runs and whether you noticed a real temp drop going past 6.
