A guy in Austin told me my intake fans were fighting each other, and I finally flipped one after 8 months

I had 3 fans pulling air in at the front of my case and wondered why my GPU was still hitting 80C under load. He pointed out the top fan was pulling in right next to the exhaust, so the hot air was basically going in circles, and I flipped it to exhaust that night. Has anyone else had a buddy spot something this dumb in their setup that you stared at for months?
