Spent $85 on a "premium" soldering iron when my $12 one from the flea market worked fine
The temperature dial on the cheap one was off by like 40 degrees so I just marked the real spot with a paint pen and it still runs great 2 years later. Anyone else got a cheap tool that embarrassed the fancy version you bought after?
