My mom's 40 year old jade plant is the reason I stopped buying succulents
I killed like 8 separate succulents over 3 years, always swapping in new ones from the big box store. Then my mom gave me a cutting from her jade that's been in the same pot since 1984 and it's doubled in size after just 8 months. Anyone else find that older, well rooted plants just take way less babysitting than the fresh nursery ones?
