Started cataloging cemetery headstones for the county, and the $22/hr plus fresh air beats any office gig
I took a part time gig with the county records office in Dayton last spring photographing and logging headstones at old cemeteries for genealogy records. I figured it would be mind numbing, but I get to walk around outside all day, hear wild stories about the folks buried there, and the pay came out to $22/hr with zero meetings or bosses breathing down my neck. Anyone else stumble into a weird little job that sounded awful on paper but turned out to be the best thing you did all week?
