Serious question, how long did it take you to figure out the toner cartridge thing?
I work as a printer tech and got sent to a dental office in Tacoma because their front desk printer kept jamming on the same tray. I figured it was a worn roller so I swapped it out, and it jammed again on the very next job. Ended up being a tiny piece of packing tape stuck to the back of the paper tray that a new employee never peeled off when they set the thing up 3 months ago. Took me almost 4 hours and two trips for a piece of tape. Anybody else got a fix that turned out way dumber than the diagnosis?
