Magnet tray vs. paper cups for small parts after 200 builds

I used to lay out every bearing and bolt in paper cups during tear-downs, but after losing a $40 pulley bearing to a knocked-over cup last month, I switched to a magnetic parts tray. The difference is night and day for keeping things organized, especially when I'm working on a 15-speed hub with tiny pawls. Anyone else made the swap, or do you stick with cups for the messy greasy stuff?

Magnet tray works great until you hit steel bolts mixed with aluminum parts. Then everything sticks together and you're picking through it anyway. Keep a paper cup nearby for the non-magnetic stuff like brass washers and titanium bits. Grease wipes off magnets easy, just hit it with brake cleaner before you set the parts back down.
