Question about posting the same reel at 9am vs 7pm, one got 12 views and the other got 40k

I almost deleted the 7pm one after an hour because it was stuck at 12 views, then it blew up overnight while the 9am one died at 300. Did I just get lucky with timing, or is there a real window I should be aiming for?
