Dropped $90 on a Win98 'gaming rig' from a guy in Tacoma and the PSU popped on boot
Seller swore it ran Half-Life fine but the caps were bulging and it died in 20 seconds flat. Anyone got a line on a cheap AT power supply or should I just part it out?
