Rant: My home setup's lighting is awful for detail work.

Trying to do fades in bad light is a struggle. How do you guys light your home stations?

Yeah, I had that same problem. I ended up with two cheap desk lamps, one on each side, to kill the shadows. @mila_mitchell is right about getting the light right over your hands.

Disagree about needing perfect light honestly (weird, I know). A big window just gives me glare on dark fabrics most afternoons. I just use a cheap adjustable lamp right over my hands now.

Hey @scott.mia, same here with the glare problem. Switched to a clip-on lamp above my work area, and it's way better now. No more squinting at dark fabrics.
