I think 45 minute haircuts are a waste for most clients

Last week a guy in my chair in Austin told me his old barber always took 45 minutes and I almost laughed, most of that time is just padding and chatting, not actual cutting. Give me 20 focused minutes with clean clipper work and a straight razor edge and you'll walk out sharper than someone who sat through a full episode of a show. Anyone else find the slow crowd just overcomplicates simple fades?
