Warning: I spent 2 years paying for a streaming bundle I never used

Logged into my bank app last Monday and saw 24 months of $17.99 charges for a service I signed up for during a free trial and forgot about. Did the math and that's over $430 down the drain, so has anyone else found a subscription graveyard like this and how did you finally stop the bleeding?
