I finally gave a shot to that weird Bollywood shark movie

My buddy in Chicago kept pushing this 2010 flick where a shark attacks people during a dance number, and I laughed at the trailer for a solid 10 minutes. Last Friday we cracked open some cheap sodas and threw it on as a joke, expecting to turn it off after 20 minutes. Instead we sat through the whole thing, rewound three scenes twice, and nearly lost it when the shark somehow jumped onto a moving train. The acting is all over the place and the effects look like a 1990s screensaver, but the sheer confidence of it wins you over. I honestly thought it would just be cringe, but it turned into one of the best bad movie nights we have ever had. Has anyone else been shocked by a so-called terrible film that ended up being secretly amazing?
