Zip ties made my cables look worse, so I tried a $4 pack of velcro strips from a hardware store in Boise
I had like 14 cables behind my desk all tangled up and zip ties just made a stiff ugly brick. A guy at the checkout in Boise said to try velcro strips instead, so I grabbed a pack for $4. The trick is to wrap the velcro around the cable bundle but leave a little slack so you can still pull one cord out if you need to. I also hooked a strip to the back leg of the desk so the whole bundle hangs instead of pooling on the floor. Has anyone tried those adhesive clips on painted walls, do they peel the paint off when you pull them?
