My rooster attacked me last Tuesday and honestly I earned it

He was protecting the hens from our new dog that got loose, and instead of giving him space I walked right into his corner of the run, so after I bandaged my ankle I built him a separate little yard with better sightlines, has anyone else adjusted their coop layout after a rooster warning shot?
