The dispatcher in Phoenix said my car would be picked up Tuesday, but the hauler showed up three days late with a cracked windshield
I was standing in my driveway in Tucson waiting on a car that was supposed to go to my daughter in Denver, and when the driver finally rolled in he blamed a rock chip on I-10 and the dispatcher stopped answering my calls, so I called the broker back four times until they found another truck and knocked $150 off, but has anyone else had a pickup window fall apart like that?
