Shipping a truck from Phoenix to Boise got way easier once I asked for the driver's cell number directly
I had a broker string me along for 9 days on a 1998 F-250 I needed moved from Phoenix up to Boise, and every time I called I got a different story about why no driver was assigned yet. So I asked for the actual dispatcher's number instead of the sales line, called at 7am when the yard was quiet, and had a driver hooked up in about 2 hours. Is asking for the dispatch contact straight off the bat something you guys do, or did I just get lucky with a decent broker?
