That $30 brake bleeder kit actually saved my Saturday
Had a 2014 Civic come in with mushy pedals after a caliper swap last month. I usually use the two-person method but my helper bailed, so I grabbed a cheap vacuum bleeder kit from O'Reilly's for 30 bucks. It pulled the old fluid out clean in about 20 minutes, no mess, no air bubbles stuck. Anyone else find those cheap kits work better than the fancy pressure ones, or was I just lucky?
