Week from hell: 3 cars, 2 come-backs, and a paint booth that quit on a Friday
Last Tuesday I had a 2018 Silverado in for a rear quarter panel and bed side, quoted the guy 4 days and $2,800. Wednesday the booth heater crapped out mid cycle on a black bumper and I had to flash it twice, then the clear dried with a dull haze I could not buff out. Thursday the Silverado came back because my blend on the door was two shades off in sunlight, and honestly the guy was right. Friday morning a Camry rear bumper job came back too, fisheyes all over from something in my air line I still have not found. I stayed till 9 that night sanding and re shooting both, and the booth finally held temp at 140 the whole time. So what do you all run for a dryer setup on your air, and has anyone else had a week where every single panel fought back?
