Rode 400 miles on a stock Polaris and now my knees hate me for ignoring that guy's tip
At a gas stop in Green Bay last fall, an older rider told me to lower my handlebars two inches and I laughed it off, then after a 400 mile day my back was wrecked for a week, so has anyone else had a simple setup change like that fix their whole ride?

Damn, wish I woulda listened to my guy at the gas station too. Got the same advice about bar risers years ago and blew it off. Took one 300 mile day and my neck felt like it was on fire. Lowered them an inch after that and honestly, night and day difference. It's wild how a tiny tweak can change your whole posture. Now I tell every new rider to bone up on their fit before they plan any big mile days.
