Found a 1984 Tandy at a church rummage sale for $15, now I'm hooked

Last Saturday I stopped by St. Mark's rummage sale in Akron and spotted a Tandy 1000 EX sitting under a folding table with a dead Zenith monitor. The lady said $15 takes it, so I lugged it home and spent 3 hours cleaning the keyboard contacts with isopropyl alcohol. It boots now, but the floppy drive grinds on every read. Has anyone had luck with belt replacements on these old half-height drives, or should I just swap in a Gotek?
