Warning about that new 'fast cure' sealant from AeroBond
Used it on a fuel line access panel gasket and it set up way too hard, cracked under vibration after about 20 flight hours. Had to redo the whole job with the old reliable stuff. Anyone else run into this with the new formula?

WHAT only twenty hours? That's terrifying, it didn't even make it through a weekend of flying. I would have expected it to last a little while at least before failing like that. A cracked seal on a fuel line access is no joke, that's a serious leak just waiting to happen. Glad you caught it and went back to the proven stuff.
