Took me 4 batches to get frozen fries right in my air fryer
I got a Ninja air fryer back in March and my first 3 tries at frozen crinkle fries came out either burnt on the ends or cold in the middle. Turns out I was dumping them in straight from the freezer without shaking them halfway, and now 400 degrees for 12 minutes with a shake at 6 works every single time. Does anyone else have a frozen food that took way more tries than it should have to figure out?

Shaking halfway is the whole game, took me way too long to learn that too. My dumb one was frozen pizza rolls, kept nuking them into lava pockets.
